A: Stitched jerseys use embroidery or sewn details for a raised, durable finish. Printed jerseys use high-quality print/sublimation for a smooth finish and allow more detailed color designs. If you are unsure which option is best for your team, contact us before placing your order.

A: Because custom jerseys are made to order, changes must be requested as soon as possible. Email inquiry@vegascustomshop.com with your order number and the change/cancellation request. If production has already started, changes or cancellation may not be possible

A: You can add names, numbers, logos, team names, sponsor details, and design notes where available on the product page. For team orders, use the customization form and send the completed file to inquiry@vegascustomshop.com.

A: Yes. Bulk pricing is available for teams, schools, clubs, events, and group orders. Use the Bulk Order Program page or email inquiry@vegascustomshop.com for a quote.

A: Yes. Add notes during checkout or contact us with your order number. Useful notes include logo placement, player list, number style, color preference, sponsor details, and deadline.

A: Use the Size Guide before ordering. Compare your measurements with the chart for the same product category. Please check the exact category because sizing can differ by product type.

A: Only show categories from the mega menu: Basketball, Baseball, American Football Jersey, Flag Football Jersey, Soccer, and Tournament Edition.

A: Use the current site promise shown by the brand: arrives at your door in 7-12 days, unless the product, location, or order size requires a different timeline. For bulk/team orders, confirm timing before placing the order.

A: If you have a deadline, contact us before or immediately after placing your order. We will confirm whether expedited production or shipping is available.

A: Contact inquiry@intenzcustomshop.au as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after production or fulfillment has started.

A: Custom items are made specifically for you and generally cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved/customized details

A: Yes. Payments should be processed through secure Shopify checkout and active approved payment providers. Do not show payment methods that are not active.

A: Show only active card and wallet methods such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

A: International banks may apply currency conversion or cross-border fees. Vegas Custom Shop only controls the product/order amount shown at checkout.
