At VEGASCUSTOMSHOP, we are a passionate team dedicated to innovative production and top-tier quality. While we strive for perfection in every print and embroidery stitch, we know that mistakes can occasionally happen. Our goal is to ensure you have a worry-free experience from start to finish.
If you receive an order that is materially different from your final design or printed on the incorrect product, we will make it right. Simply notify us within 30 days of receiving your order.
In these cases, you may choose one of the following:
Replacement: We will reproduce the incorrect items at no cost to you.
Refund: We will issue a full or partial refund based on the error.
If we are unable to successfully reproduce the corrected items, a full refund for those specific pieces will be issued.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically issued within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
Postage: If a return or exchange is required due to our error, we will fully refund your return shipping costs.
Because our products are one-of-a-kind and personalized specifically for you, a customization fee is included in every purchase.
Before Production: If you wish to cancel, please email us immediately with your order number. If production has not yet started, we will cancel the order for a full refund.
After Production Starts: Once an order has moved into the production phase, it is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.
Refund Deductions: For orders cancelled after production, refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees and production costs (except in cases of incorrect shipment).
Once your return is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional billing cycle to reflect on your statement.
Final Sale: All sales are final after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Brand Affiliation: Our custom jerseys are independently designed and produced. They are not manufactured by, associated with, or licensed by any professional sports brand or league.
Blank Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for "blank" products that have been processed, altered, or modified for secondary sale.
